    Is it svchost32.exe? That's the one I run into a lot. Are you seeing the “c” as an “e” perhaps?

    Nope, it was svehost32.exe. Turns out it's part of the W32/Tilebot-I trojan. I'm just a cutting edge kind of guy. As it happened, this was not MY box, but one of my clients, and ironically I discovered it while doing some updates to help protect him.
